What’s in a pail?

One 32 oz white takeout-style pail with a round Bummahs sticker, and five individually wrapped fortune cookies. All five fortunes are misfortunes, five different ones. Not one is lucky.

Who is it for?

Anyone from Hawaiʻi, wherever they live now, and the people who love them enough to tease them. Cousins, coworkers, friends, you.

Is it mean?

No. Every fortune passes the Auntie test: nothing crude, nothing mean about anybody’s body, family or background. We only tease the situation: traffic, slippahs, ants.

Are these real fortune cookies?

Yes. Real fortune cookies, individually wrapped. Only the fortunes are junk.

What does “Bummahs” mean?

It’s what you say when life hands you junk luck. Rain on laundry day? Bummahs.

Can my shop carry Bummahs?

Yes please. Start on the wholesale page.
